Frequently Asked Questions for New Chiropractic Patients

Your well-being is very important to us and that includes your peace of mind. If you ever have questions about anything, call or email us! For your convenience, we have included some of the most frequently asked questions posed by new patients below.

Q. Do you allow walk-ins for new patients?

We do accept walk-ins for new patients if our schedule allows it, however we prefer patients to make appointments and fill out the necessary paperwork beforehand as it saves you time during your visit.

Q. What do I need to bring to my first appointment?

The only thing that we require you to bring to your first appointment is your completed new patient paperwork, insurance card (if utilizing insurance benefits), and photo identification.

Q. How long does the initial appointment take?

Due to the length of a complete exam, brief insurance explanation, modalities, and an adjustment, the entire initial appointment typically lasts an hour and a half.

Q. How often will I have to be adjusted?

Each person's body is different, therefore each person's care plan will differ.  The frequency of adjustments will be determined by the doctors and will vary by the individual's stage of wellness.

Q. How long will it take for me to feel better?

Each person's body is different. Healing time is based on the individual's initial stage of wellness and their body's speed of response to care.

Q. Can I bring my family in for adjustments, too?

Yes, our chiropractors specialize in family and pediatric chiropractic care. Please fill out the proper forms for each member of your family and we will discuss the best care plans based on their specific needs.

Q. Is chiropractic care covered by insurance?

A lot of insurances offer coverage for chiropractic care, and we accept most insurance companies. However, every policy is different, even within companies. We suggest, if you have concerns regarding your insurance policy, that you contact our insurance specialist, Rhonda Richards.
